Vegan
A vegetarian who follows a strict plant diet of consuming vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, seeds and oils. Does not consume animals products including butter, cheese, eggs and milk.
Vegetarian
A person who avoids the consumption of red or white meats or fish, but does consume dairy products and eats eggs and honey.
